This is full ownership of the finance function.
You’ll lead everything from reporting, project cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, compliance, and cash flow. Your job is to make sure the numbers are accurate, meaningful, and actually used to drive decisions.
But it doesn’t stop at finance.
You’ll also be across the broader commercial levers: assets, insurance, workers compensation, banking, equipment, and the systems that keep a civil construction business moving every day.
This is not a finance silo role. This is a whole-of-business finance seat.
You’ll give the Directors clear, honest insight into what’s really happening in the business. Not just what the reports say, but what the numbers actually mean.
And yes, you’re based in Tuggerah. Easy access. Close to the train station and local shops. A simple, stress-free commute.
